June Crow

June Crow became involved with the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Mississippi Delta through her eldest daughter, who worked at the organization while it was going through a difficult time. Her daughter asked if she could help out with taking care of the books and Ms. Crow began helping out part-time. During this time, her daughter wrote an important grant that lead to the organization receiving a $500,000 dollar grant for five years. With this, Ms. Crow was asked to join the Boys and Girls Club full-time as the program director. As the organization began to grow, so did her roles within the organization. She has worn many hats throughout her journey, including, director of operations, grant manager, and CEO. Ms. Crow stepped in wherever she was needed to make sure things happened, and was provided for.

Ms. Crow’s area of expertise is being able to see the whole picture of what they are trying to do. Upon taking the whole perspective of why they are doing what they are doing, she is able to ensure they have the money and the best resources for the kids. Since 2014, she has served as the CFO of the Boys and Girls Club of the Mississippi Delta. In addition, she is a life member of the Junior Auxiliary.
